Yet there are no designated places for where a consumer should report such issues, most of times the reports end up being scattered across forums or social media. Companies have showed that they are unwilling to acknowledge their mistake unless an actual PR disaster is about to happen. I think that centralizing all the known issues will help consumers make better purchasing decisions.
